Roles and permissions

The owner decides who sees what.

Salespeople and assistants see only what their role allows. Costs, minimum price, and exports require the owner's permission.

  • Owner, salesperson, and inventory assistant roles.
  • Additional permissions granted individually.
  • Removing a permission takes effect immediately.

Public and private

Only what you publish reaches the public.

Your site and the catalog show a fixed set of public fields. Costs, internal notes, and team details never appear, even in the page's code.

Photos

Photos without location or metadata.

When you upload a photo, RODAVA removes GPS location and other metadata. Originals stay private and only approved versions are published.

GPS tracking is enabled only for dealerships that request it and only for their own vehicles.

  • A vehicle with a buyer is tracked only with documented consent and clear notice.
  • Only authorized staff see the location, and every access is recorded.

History

Every change leaves a record.

Who changed a price, cost, or inquiry status, when, and where relevant, why.

  • Sold and archived cars keep their history.
  • Saved exchange rates are not rewritten.

Admin accounts use two-step verification. Support access is explicit, temporary, and recorded.

Buyer data

Only what is needed, for as long as needed.

The form asks for little information. Each dealership sets how long it keeps inquiries and can export, correct, or delete data on request.
