Software for used-car dealerships

Know which cars you have, who asked about each one and what you keep.

RODAVA: your cars, a new lead and what you keep from a carA “Your cars” dashboard with three example vehicles: a 2019 sedan on the lot at USD $12,500, a reserved 2021 SUV and a 2020 pickup on the lot. A notice shows a new lead on the sedan, assigned to a salesperson. In front, a phone with the example calculation: price USD $12,500, minus purchase 9 800, transport 350 and repairs 600: you keep USD $1,750.Your carsExample2019 sedanUSD $12,500On lot2021 SUVUSD $18,900Reserved2020 pickupUSD $21,300On lotNew lead2019 sedanAssigned to Salesperson2019 sedanExamplePriceUSD $12,500Purchase− 9 800Transport− 350Repairs− 600You keepUSD $1,750

Add a car once from your phone. It appears on your website, is ready to share in your groups, and you see what you keep when you sell it.

Your week, today

Your cars live in a notebook, three chats and the salesperson's phone.

It works, until it doesn't.

  • The salesperson leaves and takes your customers.

The contacts were on their phone, not with your business.

  • Cars sitting on the lot that nobody checks.

Nobody tells you which cars haven't moved in weeks.

  • Margins by guesswork.

You know what you're selling it for; what it really cost, including transport and repairs, almost never.

  • Leads going cold.

Someone asks, nobody replies in time, and they buy elsewhere.

Car details on a phoneA form with type “Sedan”, year “2019”, mileage marked “Unknown” and a price with no amount. Details

Make, model, year, mileage and price, from your phone or dictated aloud. Anything you don't know stays “Unknown”, never zero.

Photo guide and galleryThe phone camera shows a dotted car outline with the shot “Front ¾”. Beside it, a gallery of four photos: the cover marked with a star, photos awaiting approval, a 360° view and a crossed-out location marker.Front ¾Shot 3 in the guideGalleryCoverAwaiting approval

Photos

Photos that sell, taken with your phone using a guide. Choose the cover photo, and nothing goes public without approval; hidden photo data, such as location, is removed.

Your dealership websiteA browser at tuconcesionario.com shows a site with the dealership's own badge and colour, an ES and EN selector, type filters and six cars: an SUV with a “Reserved” ribbon and a fading sedan labelled “Sold”.yourdealership.comYour dealershipESENAllSUVSedanPickupSedan2019SUV2021ReservedPickup2020Hatchback2018Van2017Sedan2020Sold

Your website

Your own car website, with your logo and colours. Sell a car and it disappears. No developer and nobody to pay for updates.

Material ready to shareThree pieces in a fan: a vertical SUV image with your dealership's badge, a square hatchback image, and a windscreen sheet with a large QR code and “Scan to view the car”. Above, a generic share icon.2021 SUV$ — —2018 hatchback$ — —2019 sedan$ — —Scan toview the car

Sharing

An image, text and link for each car, ready for your groups, and a QR sheet for the windscreen. You share them; when the car sells, RODAVA reminds you where to remove them.

Leads

Every lead, with the car they liked and who's helping them.

Every inquiry arrives linked to the car the person viewed. Assign it to a salesperson, record the next step and see its progress.

  • The Today screen shows pending items first: who's waiting for a reply and which visits still need confirming.
  • If someone taps “Message”, you see it as interest. If they leave their details, it's an inquiry. That way you know what's real.
  • Message them on WhatsApp using a template, and the contact is recorded in the follow-up history.

What you keep

What you keep from each car. And which ones are sitting too long.

Record what you paid, transport, taxes and repairs, in dollars or local currency, without mixing them. Before selling, see what you would keep; after selling, what you kept.

Example

Example: price USD $12,500, minus purchase USD $9,800, minus transport USD $350, minus repairs USD $600; equals: you keep USD $1,750.

Your team

Your salespeople sell. Your costs and customers stay with you.

Each person signs in with their own account. Leads stay with your business, not on anyone's phone: if someone leaves, cut off their access immediately and reassign their customers.

Three roles, three viewsThree cards: the owner sees each car's price, cost and margin; the salesperson sees the price with costs and profit locked; the assistant sees only the photo grid.OwnerPriceCostYou keepSalespersonPriceCostYou keepAssistant
  • Owner.

Sees everything and decides who sees what.

  • Salesperson.

Their leads and what they need to sell, without your costs.

  • Assistant.

The person adding cars and photos, without access to the money.

Trust

Your data belongs to you. And there are things we deliberately don't do.

No other lot sees your costs, customers or unpublished cars. You decide who on your team sees what.

  • We do not charge your buyers.

No online payments, deposits or reservations.

  • We do not share your data with other dealerships.

Each business works in its own space.

  • We do not post to social networks for you.

    You share when you choose.

  • We do not invent vehicle details.

Unknown details stay “Unknown”, and dictated or suggested details are confirmed before publication.

Getting started

Get started in three steps.

Three steps along the roadA path climbs a hill toward the sun with three milestones: 1, your account, an envelope with a check mark; 2, your cars, a phone with a car's details; 3, your website, a browser labelled “Published”.Published1Your account2Your cars3Your website
  1. We review your business and open your account.

Someone from the RODAVA team reviews each business before its website goes live. Complete your profile, logo and location with a checklist that picks up where you left off.

  2. You add your cars.

One by one from your phone, or all at once from your spreadsheet, with a review before saving.

  3. Your website goes live.

Check the preview, publish, and your buyers can message you.

We'll show it to you with your cars.

Someone from the team reads your request and shows you RODAVA around the way you work.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your dealership's size. Ask about plans; we'll reply with a proposal.

Can I import cars from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Upload them all at once, with a preview and a warning about potential duplicates before saving.

Can my salespeople see what each car cost me?

No, unless you allow it.
